A Modern and Functional Workplace Design

This office design stands out with its unique properties that strike a balance between privacy and communication. It offers a sense of domain and privacy while also facilitating effective communication in large spaces. This design reflects the symbiosis of the whole and the part, satisfying the functionality of both the group and the individual.

The realization of this design incorporates various materials, including Jazz white stone, straight-grain yellow oak finish, artistic carpet, and painted glass. These materials contribute to the modern and sophisticated aesthetic of the office.

Covering a total area of 99,390 square meters, the Vivo Unicenter Office project was completed in Shenzhen between January and October 2018. The design team, led by Yining Wang, also included Feng Luo and Xiaoji Yang.

The design of the lobby's front desk floor and the combination of the wall and top design effectively showcase the corporate culture of Vivo. The office space was meticulously planned to meet the aesthetic and functional needs of multiple employees. It embodies a modern, simple, and clear design concept, creating a comfortable, convenient, sanitary, safe, and efficient working environment.

One of the main challenges in this project was to create a lobby space that reflects practicality, modernity, and environmental friendliness. The design successfully achieved this by incorporating simple and modern design techniques, aligning with the company's CI strategy, and portraying the image of a high-tech company.

The office space emphasizes individuality through concise methods, with each area designed to serve different functions. The use of contrasting elements adds a touch of modernity to the overall design. The staff office area features a unified design approach, with wear-resistant and easy-to-clean carpet flooring, white latex paint on the walls, and white painted glass partitions in some areas.

The Vivo Unicenter Office design has received recognition for its excellence. It was awarded the Iron A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design category in 2021. This award acknowledges the design's practicality, innovation, and adherence to professional and industrial requirements. The design integrates industry best practices and competent technical characteristics, contributing to a better working environment.
